For most of us who are living today, whenever we hear the word health, food and exercise always come to mind. However, food and exercise just makes our bodies healthy and strong. What about our mind and spirit? Living health is all about a healthy lifestyle.
The simple fact of the matter is our body, mind and soul (or spirit to some) should all be in harmony with each other. If you are feeling depressed, your body reacts with sickness.
